After 10 years in the industry, I created and opened Sweat to fill the void I saw in the industry: A group workout fit for the silent type A busy parent/professional. The Sweat programming is purely focused on building a highly functioning body. The workouts are strength focused with effective cardio work.  As a high performer outside of the gym, each class you can squeeze into your week must be the most effective, most efficient, and above all else the safest.

After spending years in all sorts of different types of gyms watching women skip the weights, seeing bad form with crazy lifts, and weekend warriors always getting injured, I created our format to make strength training "fun", well balanced, and very effective at making all bodies stronger without injuring joints. There is a method to the madness: varying how we overload the muscle group of the day, how we push the heart rate, and how your balance/stability is challenged results in you being a high functioning human.

The workout of the day is consistent, any trainer, any time, any location. It is set up that you can come multiple days in a row, hop around, or jump right in for your first workout, you won't over-train or feel behind. Our system of time-based intervals allows for each member to work at their own pace (and be ready for that bell to ring!)

At Sweat we have a very simple philosophy: every body can train to be stronger and function better.

​Exercising is a positive experience, and should be fun (for the clients and the trainer!) Our purpose is to adapt every workout to each client's needs: proper form, stability challenges, lifting to failure (medium density training), HIIT Cardio, and of course a healthy dose of Sweat!

We are always looking for killer teammates, for outdoor, indoor, and virtual classes, as well as private sessions!  (and we rent out the space for you to train your own people).
