Everyone works to their own level, and the coach is there to give modifications, correct form, and motivate a great workout!
-
RECOVER
Cool down, stretch, clean up your workout area and wipe down equipment. You’re done!

At Sweat, we take care of everything, so all you really have to do is show up and workout. We provide complimentary filtered water, towels, and cubbies for your belongings. We suggest a tank or t-shirt and form-fitting, athletic shorts or pants. Wear athletic shoes that you feel comfortable in.

Each day is dedicated to a different area of focus (arms/shoulders, legs, back/shoulders, etc). This way we aren’t exhausting all muscle groups over and over again each day, allowing some recovery time.
Each workout is broken up into timed circuit intervals, incorporating strength and plyometric exercises. We run through circuits 3-4 times to complete the entire workout, BUT the routines are always changing to keep your body guessing and working at max capacity.

Both locations go through the same workouts every day.

As with anything, your first Sweat workout will be challenging. The good news? Our instructors show modifications for almost all the moves, so you can find what feels best for your body.
After a Sweat workout, we encourage everyone to stretch and fuel up. Drink water and keep your body limber throughout the rest of your day.
