DRae is a SoCal native moved to the Bay Area to attend college and have been here ever since! Lover of all things movement! Engaged in multiple sports, including recreational hiking, trail running, and aerial gymnastics. Full time coaching for over a decade in SF and East Bay. I believe health and fitness are intrinsically linked and strive to help people find ways to do it well for as long as possible. I strive to improve and discover new levels of strength every day and hope to inspire others to do the same!

Kevin believes that wellness is a lifelong path; and to support my clients on that path and to witness their progress is one of the most gratifying gifts of his life. That no matter where you are on the arc of fitness, he can tailor a program to accelerate your fitness across multiple metrics—muscle strength and tone, joint mobility, cardiovascular health, and functional movement.

Sara-Jean’s mission is to empower and inspire her clients through movement and physical activity. She specializes in strength training and stability, working with beginners through those looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Cassie focuses on helping the busy parent getting their best body fast! I have 20 years of pre/post-natal experience, and love working with aging bodies to turn back the clock by creating lean mass to have the strength to live a long life well.

PARTNER training

Train with your partner, friend or family member! 

Training with a partner can make the session more engaging and enjoyable. Plus having an accountability buddy will keep you both driving towards your individual goals.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL training

Do you have a small group of friends, colleagues or a team that is training together? We will work with you to create a workout for a group 3-6 people. Training in smaller groups means each person will get more personalized attention.

FITNESS & NUTRITION CONSULTING

The workout is only a part of the plan. Living a healthy and fit lifestyle includes training along with diet, sleep and recovery. Based on your health and fitness goals, we work together to create a plan that is tailored to you that consists of nutrition coaching, fitness accountability and sleep tracking.
